Payment may be made via credit card, EFTPOS or cash at the time of appointment.
We are a HICAPS provider, meaning we can process health fund rebates on the spot from the majority of the major health insurance funds.
We understand that not everyone can afford the upfront dental care treatment cost. There are payment options available, including:
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. If 48 hours’ notice is not given, we may request a 20% deposit to reschedule the appointment.
We understand that unforeseen events do happen and will consider that with our cancellation policy. COVID-19 related cancellations will always be taken into consideration as part of this policy.
Please also note that we often become fully booked, and a missed or cancelled appointment may not be rescheduled for many weeks, which may affect your dental health. So please always contact us, and we will endeavour to assist in finding the right appointment time for you.
